Return & Exchange

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only if an incorrect product is supplied or if the product is damaged during shipping.

  • Any damage or wrong product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • An opening video is compulsory to process any return or exchange request.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Refund

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable time.
